Programme Strategy and Learning at Liliane Fonds is looking for a:
dynamic and motivated intern Knowledge Products
to support our mission of enhancing the lives of children with disabilities in low- and middle- income countries.
This is a paid intern position for 32 hours a week for a period of 4-6 months.

What will you do?
As an intern Knowledge Products, you will play a key role in managing, developing, and sharing valuable knowledge resources that contribute to the success of our programs, within our network of partners and other professionals. Your main activities are:
- Knowledge collection & documentation: Gather and document information related to Liliane Fonds projects, analyse data on program effectiveness, and capture best practices to enhance ongoing and future interventions.
- Development & translation of knowledge products: Work closely with experts and partners to translate and adapt knowledge products into accessible formats. This includes tools, manuals, best practices, and reports, ensuring they are user-friendly and suitable for diverse audiences.
- Facilitation of knowledge sharing: Ensure the effective dissemination of knowledge products among relevant stakeholders. This will support the quality of projects and activities that contribute to our mission and enhance the visibility and impact of Liliane Fonds, ultimately improving the living conditions of children with disabilities worldwide.
- Support communication efforts: Assist in the development of content for communication materials, including publications, newsletters, and online resources. The international website will be a key platform for these products.
- Support specific projects: Contribute to the rollout of a Livelihoods Toolbox, which includes tools, manuals, and best practices aimed at the inclusion of youth with disabilities in livelihood activities. Additionally, assist in creating 2-pagers for Inclusive Education projects, capturing lessons learned for internal and external use. Depending on your interests and available time, you may also help develop a trainer’s manual for SRH&R projectsAs an intern Knowledge Products you report directly to the Programme Strategy & Learning Manager and the International Communication Adviser. You are a part of the Programme Strategy & Learning team within the Programme Department and you coordinate with relevant stakeholders within the organisation.
The purpose of the Programme Strategy & Learning team is to develop and implement the
programmatic strategy of the organisation, which has a central role in setting and meeting the
organisational goals of Liliane Fonds. In addition to strengthening the contents of programmes to reach these goals, the team contributes to the (national and international) profiling of the
organisation as an expert in the various thematic focus areas.
Who are you and what do you bring?
- Passion for international development: You have knowledge of and interest in the field of International Development, preferably related to livelihoods and education, in the global South, eg through International Development Studies, International Communications or related field.
- Research, writing and documentation skills: You have strong research, writing and documentation skills, with the capacity to transform complex information into accessible formats for different audiences.
- Experience with dissemination: You are familiar with the dissemination of knowledge products through social media and other platforms, ensuring that information reaches relevant stakeholders effectively.
- Language proficiency: You have a professional command of both Dutch and English languages, both orally and in writing.
